Your property will also appear on other major websites including S1 Homes and RightMove. In addition we vet any prospective tenants, prepare tenancy agreements, prepare inventories, advise authorities of change of occupancy (gas, electricity, and council tax), collect rent and transfer the balance to your account, carry out regular inspections, advise on/arrange any necessary repairs/maintenance. |
